About this project
James Hardie siding is an excellent option for those tired of painting their home more often than they would like and having to deal with animals damaging their siding. On this project, all the wood trim and siding was removed, more than 15 sheets of plywood sheathing replaced (water damaged/ not visible until old siding was removed). We installed PVC boards for all the trim, James Hardie lap siding with 7” exposure and black aluminum gutters to make this home fully water resistant and not attractive for pests to damage it.
